(7.5-cm) size pot/ container or larger. • All finished product must be sold with a Ball supplied or approved label or tag. • Sale of rooted or unrooted cuttings to any other company or individual is strictly prohibited as is propagation and/or the taking of tip cuttings. BALL HORTICULTURAL COMPANY TAG AND PHOTOGRAPHY POLICY All finished Ball FloraPlant ® vegetative varieties must be sold with a Ball Horticultural Company supplied or approved plant label or tag. All materials promoting Ball FloraPlant varieties must include the following: • Full commercial name to include trademark, as applicable; and full variety name. • U.S. Plant Patent number or PPAF (Plant Patent Applied For), as applicable; and/or U.S. Utility Patent number or PAF (Utility Patent Applied For), as applicable, with the term “Propagation Prohibited”, as applicable. • Ball approved images. Note: please refer to the Ball Horticultural Company website for current U.S. patent information. All images featuring Ball products are to be used for promotional materials, including but not limited to point-of- purchase items, advertising, brochures, etc. They may not be used on plant tags or containers without permission from Ball. All images loaned by Ball are copyright protected and are the property of Ball Horticultural Company, unless otherwise indicated. They are loaned to customers for promotional use only and are not to be reserved for future use. Images may not be licensed or resold. Any unauthorized use is prohibited. All loaned images must be used in connection with the associated product. The correct commercial name and variety name must be listed on all images in connection with any reproduction. BFP CANCELLATION POLICY No cancellations or order reductions based on the schedule below. Exceptions to this policy will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
